• Custom-built PCs and specialized services may take 3-5 business days to ensure quality and thorough testing.

Shipping Timeframes

• Standard Shipping: 5 to 7 business days after processing.
• Express Shipping: 2 to 3 business days after processing.
• Local Delivery: Next-day delivery is available for most in-stock items within the Greater Montreal area.

Shipping Costs

• Standard shipping is free for orders over $500 within Canada.
• A flat rate of $15 applies to orders under $500.
• Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator.
The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location, chosen shipping method, and package size to ensure the best service possible.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within Canada.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For quick processing, please provide:

• Photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

In-Store Pickup

Customers located in Terrebonne can select free in-store pickup at checkout.
Orders will be ready for pickup within 1 business day after processing.
