5. Warranty Policy & Ownership Transfer

  • We offer a 30-day warranty on all products purchased from Pro Tech Informatique MG.
  • After the 30-day period, customers must contact the manufacturer for warranty service on individual PC components.
  • The warranty is non-transferable. If a customer sells their PC, Pro Tech Informatique MG is not responsible for any issues that arise, and the warranty does not transfer to the new owner.
